Training at Fabricio Kamphuis- Philippines (Brazilian Jiujitsu) Recently I had the chance to train at one the more reknown BJJ schools in Philippines- Fabricio/ Kamphuis.  Met up with good friends and had a “rolling” good time. (pun intended).  Always a great opportunity to learn new techniques in a different country.  Training was fun and i got to test my ground skills against some the local guys.  Brazilian Jiujitsu is fast becoming a popular sport and self defence system.  Stephen Kamphuis was an extremely humble and approachable instructor, stephen holds a black belt in both Judo and Brazilian Jiujitsu.  It was my first time training under a Bjj black belt and it was indeed an eye opening experience.
